Teen Events

We are pleased to let everyone know about some of the follow-up that has happened from our teen event that was held:

a.      Pine Cree High School held Internet Safety events. Comcast sponsored the events and is working to continue a relationship with the school related to Internet Safety Education. Pictures to follow in January.

b.      Sanford High School is hosting an Internet Safety workshop. Partnered with FBI Innocent Images to present at the school.

c.       Pikes Peak Community College- Clay presented to a class about forensic evidence

d.      Invited to present in La Junta for workshop in February

e.       Web Wise Kids has extended their offer of software and training from 5 to 10 districts. In partnership with the Department of Justice, 10 districts will be trained in using Web Wise Kids software and will be given the training for their schools.

f.        Colorado FBLA state president is looking to start a teen mentoring group

g.      Invited to present at FBLA district conference in January
