Colorado iCrew - The Colorado iCrew is the brainchild of the Internet Safety Foundation.
- The iCrew was founded by Lynn Ersek in 2007 and now has grown to eight plus members.
- The iCrew was created to aid the Foundation in the fight against Internet-facilitated crimes against today's youth.
- Members range from 3rd grade students to Freshman in college. All members have been trained as Internet safety mentors by the iSAFE America organization; and have spent time working closely with the Denver Department of Justice and the Colorado Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.
- Currently, the iCrew works to educate their peers via Internet safety presentations and lessons at schools, community group meetings and various other places across the state of Colorado.
- The newest addition to the Colorado iCrew's accomplishments is their work on Internet safety podcast. A podcast is a multimedia file that can be downloaded, free of charge, and broadcasted through a computer or similar device (i.e. iPod, MP3 Player, etc.) The iCrew podcast covers a variety of concepts.
